Thanksgiving is just around the corner and that means turkey, stuffing, noodles, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, cranberry salad, family, friends, and gratefulness.
But just because there is a holiday that literally, specifically tells you to give thanks doesn’t mean that you can forget to thank people the other 364 days of the year. At GNGF we make it a point to thank each other every day whether it be at standup in the morning, a quick #kudos slack, an officevibe mention, or a heartfelt, handwritten thank you card. These are all ways to make sure each member of the team feels that he or she is valuable to GNGF. So as you prepare for Thanksgiving this year, don’t just give thanks for someone or something on that day, but all the days before and after. You might just make someone smile.
