The Challenge
This client came to us with an existing multi-media marketing program and significant content (> 400 pages) on their site. Simply put, this was not a “starter site” but an example of optimizing a mature law firm’s marketing efforts. Our challenge was to maximize efficiency and effectiveness across channels while growing the firm’s total Share of Voice and revenues.
Central to our strategy was a new site architecture emphasizing E-A-T for personal injury law for each office location; in conjunction with a content plan designed to broaden their geographic service area(s) and optimizing for on-site conversions. These were supplemented with PPC and LSAs as well as various local school/sports sponsorships.
The Results
In adding more than 40 new Local 3-Pack listings for competitive, personal injury keywords, visibility grew by more than 55%. These Local 3-Pack listings boast a much higher Click Through Rate than other organic listings, and Google Search Console shows overall CTR more than doubled while organic traffic grew by 117%.
For the 156 non-branded keywords tracked for this client, the average position on the Search Engine Results Page (SERP) increased from 24.1 (Page 3) to 7.88 (Page 1).
Bottom line, this personal injury law firm set a record for new client sign ups just six months after launch – and is opening another law office this year.
